Distraction Action = Toxic Relationship Personalities: How much time have they cost U ???

Emotionally immature

We may like to think that the people in our lives are well-adjusted, happy, healthy minded individuals. We sometimes realize that it just isn’t so.

Truth be told, the emotionally immature person has low levels of self-esteem and self-confidence and consequently feels insecure. To counter these feelings of insecurity, they will spend a large proportion of their lives creating situations in which they become the center of attention.

It may be that the need for attention is inversely proportional to emotional maturity, therefore anyone indulging in attention-seeking behaviors is telling you how emotionally immature they are.

Check out the May 28, 2009 episode of EMOTIONS R US, Therapeutic Radio show download and listen to the knowledge and education provided on the worst of the toxic personalities out there and how to spot them.  Life is too short to spend your time dealing with toxicity.

Ask not WHY -ASK WHAT? WHAT! DrBev, what do these personalities have in common? In plain English “Ignorance like denial may be bliss, but, oh, so, very time consuming.”

Do you know the most common tactics toxic personalities employ to gain attention for themselves?  HAVE YOU ENCOUNTERED TOXIC PERSONALITIES? WHAT HAVE YOU DONE? Holla’ @ a Sista’!!!

Oh Yes! I was in one of these toxic relationships! I can sooo relate to the video that was posted. No more of these relationships for me! Now, I know too much and as you say: “When you know that you know, act like you know.” Yes. So true. In fact, not too long ago I was interested in dating someone and once I saw the red flags, it didn’t take me long to run like hell. I was shocked that this person thought she was mentally well adjusted and healthy minded. I disagreed. I’m not perfect, but I know what I know, and no one can take that knowledge away from me. I live by the Gestalt principles. They keep me healthy minded and well-adjusted. It’s all good.

Much love and thanks to you…
