Take a Little Time Between Heartache and Emotional Break-Up

Honey-Moon Phase

QUESTION:

DrBev, you are so right “Emotions R Us”.  I know I need help after reading a quote on your FaceBook Fan Page.   Here is the deal, I keep getting myself in relationship after relationship with ‘folk’ that even in the beginning, sometimes, I ask my self  WTF  am I doing?  Most times I feel like I endure nothing but drama, trauma, and chaos while in these relationships.  My Truth is, I really don’t, there is a honey-moon phase,  it just feels like most times the Sweetness phase only last a few months, week, days, day, or moment(s).  I am not that complicated, I just want a relationship of love, compassion, and respect.  Where do you suggest I start, I am  sick and tire of being sick and tired!

ANSWER:

Knowledge and Education no matter your sexual orientation is the beginning of your beginning that is one of my suggestions.  Secondly, I encourage you to read, spend time with you, that is self-reflection.  Third, check out my website blogs (FREE) “In DrBev’s World” for more information on various topics AND additional links that will hopefully give you the courage to begin healing your emotional Self. Also here are a few books and resource materials to get you started. The following are suggestions. You choose what fits for you and only then take from all, only that which feels right, resonates with you.
