Just Say No! Regain Personal Power-Positive Self-Esteem

I did something I regretQUESTION:

I’m having issues with finding self-forgiveness. I did something I regret.  I have held onto for 34 years and it seems to be getting worse. Any suggestions?

Most of us have done something in our lives that we wish we would have done differently.  Denial of feelings that only you can give to yourself takes ‘skills’ (behaviors) to make it through your day without others seeing how much emotional pain you are enduring.

DrBev encourages you say NO to regret. Take action.  Emotions R Us, it is time to show up for you and seek counseling to work through the layers of your story.  For more suggestions  and information: Just Say NO!: A Guide to Regain Your Personal Power & Positive Self-Esteem (Emotions R Us Book 1)
